I understand the Support Starter Kit is available to young adults diagnosed with cancer who meet all criteria listed.

I have reviewed the eligibility requirements and am eligible to enroll in the Support Starter Kit Program.

Support Starter Kit for Young Adults with Cancer

What is the Support Starter Kit Program?

It is a free, 4-part subscription for young adults who are newly diagnosed with cancer or in active treatment. The program begins with a Welcome Kit, sent to the patient and up to 3  invited supporters.  Over the following months, the patient receives three themed connection kits, one delivered every other month for the patient and one selected supporter to enjoy together.

Each kit is more than a care package — it’s a guided opportunity to reconnect, laugh, reflect, and spend time together.

The result: Less pressure. More presence.

What’s Included?

The subscription includes four deliveries:

#1 – Welcome Kit

  • Sent to the patient and their invited supporters, this kit introduces everyone to the program and provides helpful resources to get started with confidence and empathy.
    • Arrives within 2 weeks of eligible signup

#2 – #4 – Themed Connection Kits

  • Themes include wellness, creativity, connection and emotional support. Each kit includes resources, activities, affirmations, and prompts offering a low-pressure reminder that you don’t have to go through this alone.
  • The patient selects one supporter for each themed kit. Both the patient and the invited supporter will receive their own themed connection kit to explore and enjoy together.

    • Kits arrive 2/4/6 months after the Welcome Kit

Who can be an invited supporter?

Supporters are invited by the patient and can be friends, family, partners, or chosen family. The patient can change which supporter is paired with each themed kit.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. It’s 100% free.

Who’s eligible?

To qualify, the young adult diagnosed with cancer must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Currently between the age of 18-40
  • Live in the United States
  • Be newly diagnosed (within the last 6 months) or in active treatment
  • Be able to read and understand English
  • Be a new subscriber to the Support Starter Kit Program
