We collaborated with the young adult cancer community to develop and curate support starter kits filled with resources, keepsakes and activities to uplift, inspire and empower you to stay connected with your favorite people, navigate cancer together, and thrive.

Pilot Program: Your Feedback is Important
What is the Support Starter Kit Pilot Program?
Our Support Starter Kit pilot program launched in April 2024 during Adolescent Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Awareness Week. We distributed a limited set of boxes through our partner hospitals, and if you are reading this, you are one of the lucky recipients. Since this is the very first edition of the box, we need your feedback to know what is helpful and what can be improved. Your feedback will shape future editions of the support starter kits and help you and others just like you have the best experience possible.
What is the time commitment for providing feedback?
If you choose to participate, we would appreciate you taking the time to complete three short surveys over the next month. We want to make the feedback process as simple as possible, and you will be compensated for your time with a $50 eGift Card. Listed below are the timeframes and estimated time to complete each survey:
- Survey 1: Complete within the first week of receiving the box (Time: < 5 minutes)
- Survey 2: Complete 15 days after receiving the box (Time: <10 minutes)
- Survey 3: 30 days after receiving the box (Time: <15 minutes)
What about my privacy?
Your privacy is important to us, and all data we collect is anonymous. Each kit has a unique ID number that you can find inside the box or on your “eggcellent” feedback card. The unique ID number starts with “RB.” You will use that ID number when filling out each survey. Your name will not be part of the survey.
