b-aware

b-ready when they need you most

b-aware is proactive and focused on measurably improving AYA readiness to provide quality support for AYAs with cancer nationwide. We achieve this through research-based education on the challenges, barriers and how-to’s of social support, and ignite a community inspired, equipped and ready to be present when they are needed most.

b-informed b-inspired b-engaged

Not all of us will face a cancer diagnosis in our lifetime, but every one of us will be called on to be a supporter. If we learn how to be the best possible supporter today, we have the power to improve the experience for others in the future.

Learn from past experiences.
b-present.
Improve their future.

EMPATHIZE

On our podcast, The Support Report, we share real stories from young adults and dive deep into how support changed their lives. Our goal is to inspire and empower others to create their own stories of presence within their community.

EXPERIENCE

Through community activities, young adults have the important conversations and experiences that reinforce the impact of connection and support. With knowledge and practice, they will learn it’s not about being perfect, it’s about being present.
